In the morning, a read
Two answers, ten seconds: your energy and your muscles. The app adds your nights and your steps, read from Apple Health or Health Connect.
Sleep, steps, meals, sessions: Zepraug connects what your phone already knows and turns it into one plain sentence. No dashboard to decipher, no guilt.
The morning sentence, the daily check-in and your curves ask for no subscription.
The read
Example
The week has been heavy and the nights short. A lighter day would serve the next one better.
The sentence the app composes that morning. It comes from a rule, on your phone, and calls no model.
Two answers, ten seconds: your energy and your muscles. The app adds your nights and your steps, read from Apple Health or Health Connect.
Five, ten or fifteen minutes of mobility, a walk, a guided breathing session, or the session from your programme. The morning read says which one makes sense today.
Photograph your plate or describe it in one sentence, and the macros are worked out. Barcode and manual entry stay free.
Each door holds what concerns it and states what it leans on. Nothing to configure: what your phone already measures arrives on its own.
Health does not move from one day to the next. Zepraug compares two multi-day blocks by their median, never two days picked at random.
ExampleThese three values illustrate the comparison. They are not real measurements.
Resting heart rate
And when the history is not enough, the app says so instead of comparing two points that mean nothing.
The six doors are in the Health tab, and they are free.
These figures are in the app, on the cards, with their source written underneath. Nothing is rounded to look neat, and nothing is an in-house score.
Your body index
Example
You are between 20 and 25, the range where observed mortality is lowest.
Global BMI Mortality Collaboration (2016), Lancet: 239 studies, 10.6 million participants.
7,000
steps a day
The measured inflection point. Against 2,000 steps, observed mortality there is markedly lower.
Ding et al. (2025), Lancet Public Health, 57 studies
7h
of sleep
The trough of a U-shaped curve. Each hour above weighs less than each hour below.
Yin et al. (2017), J Am Heart Assoc
The subject of the sentence is the data, not you: "your nights have been short", never "you did not sleep enough". It suggests, you decide.
How can I sleep better?
Aim for 7 to 9 hours, with 7 hours as the most favourable balance point (Yin et al., 2017). Regular hours, natural light in the morning, no screen in the hour before, a room at 18-19 °C. Your nights, I cannot see from here: it is the Health tab that measures them.
And what it cannot see, it says so
Your nights, your heart, your steps, your weight and your daily read only join the conversation if you switch Zepo on, summarised over thirty days. Until you do, asked about them, Zepo answers that it does not have them and points you to the screen that shows them. It gives no medical advice, and says so itself when a question calls for one.
This is not a homepage promise, it is a build constraint: those measurements are saved nowhere on our side. They live on the device, and the engines that interpret them run there too. If you switch Zepo on, a thirty-day summary computed on your phone travels to Google Gemini so it can answer you, and none of it is stored on our side.
Stays on the device
Your sleep and its cycles, your resting heart rate, its variability, your cardio capacity, your session minutes and your effort zones: none of it is saved on our side.
Goes to the server
Your steps and your weigh-ins, so you find them again on your other devices, along with your sessions, your meals and your programmes. And, if you switch Zepo on, the thirty-day summary that travels to Google, sent and never stored.
From your profile you export three CSV files covering the last ninety days, or you delete your account. Deletion also wipes what never left the device.
