What it does
Four things, all on your account.
Log
A workout with every set (load, reps, effort), a mobility session, a meal. It repeats what it is about to write and waits for your yes.
Periodize
It explains the app's models, shows the week-by-week grid from your starting loads, and creates the cycle only once you agree.
Show an exercise
The catalog's exercises, with their execution illustration and cues, by muscle group or equipment.
What it does not do
What stays in the app.
Your body measurements, your sleep, your weight and what you note about your health: the connector has no access to them, even if you ask it to.
Creating a program: that stays in the app, with Zepo.
No care advice. Claude talks training, mobility and nutrition, and stops there, like the app.

In Claude.ai
Open Settings, then Connectors, then "Add custom connector". Name it as you like and paste this address:

Claude sends you here. Sign in with the code you receive by email, or with Google or Apple, read what Claude will be able to do, then allow it.

In a conversation
Turn Zepraug on in the conversation's tools and ask, for instance: "What's on today?"
Your data
You choose, you see, you cut.
Nothing leaves until you allow the access. After that, what Claude reads or writes goes through Anthropic, the maker of Claude, under its own terms: Zepraug does not control it. You withdraw the access here, at any time; the connection stops at once, and nothing you logged disappears.
