Zepraug is an AI wellness and fitness assistant. It is NOT a medical, paramedical or dietetic service.

Zepraug is not a medical device and does not replace medical advice.

Responses provided by the chat are generated automatically by a third-party artificial intelligence service, which acts on our behalf and processes the data in the European Union. They are not reviewed individually by a professional before display.

Nutrition information is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute a dietetic act within the meaning of articles L4371-1 et seq. of the French Public Health Code and does not replace consultation with a certified dietitian-nutritionist.

Zepraug is reserved for people aged eighteen or over. By creating an account, the user declares that they are that age.

Sign-up requires a valid email address and a password. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Each account is personal and non-transferable. The user agrees to provide accurate information at sign-up.

Content generated by the AI is provided "as is". Zepraug does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of responses to your individual situation.

The user agrees not to use the service to:

• ▸Replace professional medical or dietetic follow-up
• ▸Any use contrary to applicable laws and regulations

Conversation with the Zepo assistant, in the chat as in the Note, is reserved for Premium subscribers, trial period included. The free tier does not include it.

The publisher cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the service or inability to access it.

In case of imprecise or unsuitable AI content, the user may report the answer from within the application, or by writing to contact@zepraug.com.

You retain ownership of your personal data and content (saved programs, training and nutrition logs).

You can obtain a copy of your account's data, covering the account's whole history. The app gives you part of it directly. The full copy is provided on request at contact@zepraug.com, as a zip file bringing together CSV files, readable in a spreadsheet and grouped by category of data: your profile; your training sessions and sets, your sport, mobility and breathing sessions, your timed and circuit sessions, your programs, workout templates, custom exercises, cycles and tests; your meals, nutrition goals, favorites and water intake; your weigh-ins and body measurements, and your steps; your daily check-ins and weekly reviews; your Sunday letters; your journal; your consents; your progress in the app (points, rewards, quests, challenges) and your rank pictures, identified by their location in our storage, without the image; your requests to support and your reports of AI answers; the history of the notifications and emails sent to you; your subscription information.

Your meal photos are not included as images: one file gives, for each photographed meal, a link to download the photo, valid for one hour from the moment the export is created.

Your conversations with Zepo: until 29 September 2026, our server kept a copy of each exchange (your message and Zepo's reply). It has kept none since, whatever the version of the app. The copies already made remain for now, for twenty-four months at most, and are erased with your account. Those copies are included in the full copy. Later exchanges stay on your phone and are therefore not included.

Health measurements that the app keeps on your phone are not included either, since Zepraug does not keep them. For any data that is not in this copy, or to exercise your other rights, write to contact@zepraug.com.

Content generated by the AI (Zepo responses, programs, analyses) is made available to you as part of your subscription. Zepraug claims no copyright on content generated for you.

You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen of the mobile application. Deletion irreversibly erases from our database all the data attached to the account: everything the export described in section 10 contains, including the copies of your conversations with Zepo that our server still keeps. Files stored outside the database (meal photos, profile picture, journal and exercise images) are erased on a best-effort basis: if the storage provider refuses a deletion, the account goes anyway and the file is erased by hand. The records held by our providers (subscriptions, email, audience measurement) are deleted at the same time; if one of them refuses, your account is deleted anyway. Some records are kept for as long as our legal obligations require, such as invoices and payment records. The two ways of asking, and the full list of what goes and what stays, are set out on the account and data deletion page.

Deleting the account does not cancel an In-App Purchase subscription: that contract is with Apple or Google, and must be cancelled separately from your store account settings, otherwise it keeps renewing.

Zepraug reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in case of breach of these TOU, in particular abusive use, attempts to circumvent service limits, or behavior harmful to other users.
