Zepraug is an AI wellness and fitness assistant. It is NOT a medical, paramedical or dietetic service.

Responses provided by the chat are generated automatically by an artificial intelligence model (Google Gemini). They are not reviewed individually by a professional before display.

Nutrition information is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute a dietetic act within the meaning of articles L4371-1 et seq. of the French Public Health Code and does not replace consultation with a certified dietitian-nutritionist.

A CQP-certified fitness instructor (French sports educator card No. 09124ED0005) answers questions in writing, inside the application, in a consultation thread. Premium subscribers can open one whenever they want. Free users can reply once, and receive one real answer, on a thread the coach opened himself.

Sign-up requires a valid email address and a password. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Each account is personal and non-transferable. The user agrees to provide accurate information at sign-up.

Content generated by the AI is provided "as is". Zepraug does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of responses to your individual situation.

The user agrees not to use the service to:

• ▸Replace professional medical or dietetic follow-up
• ▸Any use contrary to applicable laws and regulations

Free tier users have five intro messages with the assistant, counted once and for all: the count runs over the whole history and is not reset each day. The Note surface adds one free window of twenty-four hours, opened by the first message written there, unlimited in number of messages for as long as it lasts. Premium subscribers have unlimited access to both.

The publisher cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the service or inability to access it.

In case of imprecise or unsuitable AI content, the user may raise it with the certified personal trainer in a consultation thread inside the application, or by writing to contact@zepraug.com.

The user retains ownership of their personal data and content (chat history, saved programs, training and nutrition logs). The application exports part of it directly, from Profile: three CSV files — sessions, nutrition, body measurements — covering the last ninety days. Everything else, and any longer period, is obtained on request at contact@zepraug.com.

Content generated by the AI (ZEPO responses, programs, analyses) is made available to the user as part of their subscription. Zepraug claims no copyright on content generated for the user.

The user can delete their account at any time from the Profile screen of the mobile application. Deletion results in irreversible erasure of all associated data (profile, conversations, consultations and their attachments, training history, nutrition, programs, body measurements). The two ways of asking, and the full list of what goes and what stays, are set out on the account and data deletion page.

Deleting the account does not cancel an In-App Purchase subscription: that contract is with Apple or Google, and must be cancelled separately from your store account settings, otherwise it keeps renewing.

Zepraug reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in case of breach of these TOU, in particular abusive use, attempts to circumvent service limits, or behavior harmful to other users.
