Account & data deletion
Two ways to request the deletion of your Zepraug account and personal data.
1. From the Zepraug app (recommended)
Sign in, then go to Profile → tap “Delete my account”.
Confirm by typing your email. Your account is deleted immediately. Active subscriptions (in-app purchases via RevenueCat — App Store / Google Play) are cancelled automatically.
2. By email (if you no longer have access to the app)
Send an email from the address linked to your Zepraug account to contact@zepraug.com with the subject "Account deletion request".
We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days (typically under 72 hours).
Data that is deleted
- ▸Account & profile (name, email, password hash, fitness profile, measurements)
- ▸Full chat history with the AI coach
- ▸Workout, cardio, nutrition logs and saved programs
- ▸Gamification, quests, daily progress and push subscription tokens
- ▸Subscription records (RevenueCat subscriber removed, iOS and Android subscriptions cancelled)
Data we are required to keep
Some records are kept for legal compliance (tax law, anti-fraud, accounting) for the durations set by French and EU regulations:
- ▸Invoices and payment records: 10 years (French Commercial Code art. L123-22)
- ▸Connection logs: 12 months maximum
- ▸Public content authored under your account (e.g. recipes, blog posts) is anonymised, not removed
