Terms of Sale

Zepraug offers a free tier and a Premium subscription, billed monthly or annually:

• Free — limited access: five intro messages with the Zepo assistant, counted once and for all rather than reset each day, and one program generation, likewise granted once. Free logging of your sessions, your nutrition and your measurements.
• Premium — monthly — full access (unlimited Zepo AI, program generation, RPE tracking, nutrition). Monthly billing, cancel anytime.
• Premium — annual — same access as monthly, billed annually.

The applicable price is the one shown on the Zepraug product sheet in the App Store or Google Play at the moment you subscribe, in the currency of your store account. It is shown to you before you confirm, and no charge is made before that confirmation.

Individual coaching by a human coach is the subject of a separate offer, governed by its own terms of sale.

Payment is processed exclusively through in-app purchase (Apple App Store on iOS, Google Play Billing on Android) via the RevenueCat platform. Zepraug does not store any payment data — only an anonymous customer identifier is kept. Final price and currency depend on your store account region.

Subscriptions auto-renew for the same term as the one taken out — every month for the monthly plan, every year for the annual one. The charge occurs on the anniversary date of that term, unless the subscription is cancelled at least 24 hours before it.

The Zepraug Premium subscription gives access to digital content provided immediately upon validation of payment (access to the AI chat, knowledge base and service features).

In accordance with article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal provided for in article L221-18 cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium, the performance of which has begun after prior express agreement of the consumer and express waiver of his right of withdrawal.

By subscribing, you expressly confirm:

• 1.Your agreement that performance of the service shall begin immediately upon payment;
• 2.Your express waiver of the 14-day right of withdrawal provided for in article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code.

Consequently, no refund may be requested under the right of withdrawal once payment has been validated.

The subscription remains cancelable at any time (see section 4), with no penalty. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the term already paid for.

The subscription is taken out for the term you chose, monthly or annual. It auto-renews for that same term on the anniversary date.

You can cancel at any time from your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings, or by email to contact@zepraug.com.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the term already paid for. Service access remains active until the end of that term.

The Zepraug Premium subscription includes:

• ▸Unlimited chat with the AI fitness assistant
• ▸Answers informed by an in-house base of study summaries, which the assistant draws on when the question calls for it
• ▸Written consultations, inside the application, with a CQP-certified fitness instructor (French sports educator card No. 09124ED0005); their replies are notified to you by push and by email
• ▸Nutritional information for educational purposes
• ▸Saved conversation history

Zepraug is intended for healthy individuals seeking to improve their physical condition. In case of pathology or health issue, consult a doctor before any use.

AI assistant responses are generated automatically by a language model (artificial intelligence). They in no way constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or prescription.

Nutritional information is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute a dietetic act and does not replace consultation with a certified dietitian-nutritionist.

The publisher cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the service or inability to access it.

In accordance with article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, in case of unresolved dispute after prior complaint to our customer service (contact@zepraug.com), you may use a consumer mediator free of charge.
