Zepraug Raffle Rules

Article 1 - Organization
Zepraug raffles are organized by ZEPRAUG & CO, accessible from the Zepraug application. Three separate raffles are run in parallel: a monthly raffle, a quarterly raffle, and a yearly raffle.
Article 2 - How to Earn Tickets
Raffle tickets are granted free of charge when a user reaches a high rank in the Zepraug gamification system and claims the corresponding reward: Champion rank (1 monthly ticket); Titan rank (5 monthly + 1 quarterly ticket); Legend rank (10 monthly + 3 quarterly + 1 yearly ticket). No purchase is necessary to earn tickets — rank progression is available to all users through regular app activity.
Article 3 - Ticket Validity
Tickets are allocated to the open draw of the matching type at the time the reward is claimed. A monthly ticket claimed in April enters the April raffle; a quarterly ticket claimed in Q2 enters the Q2 raffle, and so on. Tickets are non-transferable, non-rollover, and non-redeemable for cash.
Article 4 - Prizes
Monthly raffle: a €50 gift card for nutritional supplements. Quarterly raffle: a €100 gift card for nutritional supplements. Yearly raffle: a €200 gift card for nutritional supplements. Gift cards are shipped by email to the winner within 7 business days after the draw, once shipping address is confirmed.
Article 5 - Winner Selection
For each raffle, the winner is selected by computerized random draw weighted by the number of tickets held. The draw is executed automatically the day after the period ends. A user holding more tickets has a proportionally higher probability of winning, without any guarantee of winning.
Article 6 - Winner Notification
The winner is notified by a Zepraug team member by email at the address linked to their account. They have 14 days to reply and provide a shipping address. Without a response within this delay, the prize is forfeited and a new draw may be run among the remaining eligible participants.
Article 7 - Liability and Personal Data
Zepraug reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the raffles at any time, without prior notice or compensation. Participation implies acceptance of these rules. Data collected (user identifier, email, winner's shipping address) is processed in accordance with our privacy policy and used solely to operate the raffles and ship the prizes.
Article 8 - Governing Law
These rules are governed by French law. No Purchase Necessary: tickets are earned through rank progression in the application, regardless of subscription status. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of ZEPRAUG & CO's registered office. Void where prohibited by law.
